Norfolk & Dedham Group, a US-based property and casualty insurance company, has partnered with Cambridge Mobile Telematics to launch a safe driving app.

Dubbed N&Drive, the smartphone app is available for existing private passenger auto policyholders.

N&Drive records and scores the trips depending on driving behaviours such as speeding, hard-braking, cornering, distraction and harsh acceleration.

The rewards earned by the users for safe driving can be redeemed as gift cards to certain major brands such as Amazon, Starbucks and Apple.

N&Drive also provides users with personalised dashboards, score trends, trip details, driving trends across key behaviours and personalised driving tips.

The app additionally includes Family Sharing features, which allows customers to share driving scores trip histories and locations.
