Tricor to deploy Indio platform to streamline insurance application and renewal process

Indio Technologies , a management software platform for property and casualty insurance providers, has teamed up with independent insurance agency, Tricor Insurance to offer streamlined solution for insurance application and renewal process.

Tricor provides coverage to personal and commercial insurance clients.

Using the Indio platform, Tricor will be able to enhance its customer experience by streamlining, automating and improving the insurance application and renewal process.

Indio’s workflow management platform will enable to improve upon the unnecessary communication between its staff and insurance customers.

Customers of Tricor will be able to complete their insurance application and renewal forms online.

The automation will also streamline this process, thereby enabling staff to spend more time solving problems of their insurance customers, instead of focusing on data collection.

Indio will offer Tricor’s 200 employees with in-depth training, onboarding, implementation and support programmes.
