Integrity Marketing Group has acquired Berwick Insurance, an independent marketing organisation focused on the senior market, for an undisclosed sum.

The acquired firm is domiciled in Arizona and specialises in selling and distributing health, life and medicare insurance solutions through its agent partners.

Berwick Insurance, which was founded in 1997, has a network of 6,000 agents across the US and caters to over 300,000 customers every year.

Under the agreement, Berwick Insurance CEO Jim Berwick and David Berwick COO of Berwick Insurance will assume the role of managing partners in Integrity.

Integrity expects its proprietary quoting and enrollment tools, MedicareCENTER, data and analytics to strengthen Berwick Insurance’s capabilities and expand its footprint.

Additionally, Berwick Insurance will join the Integrity partner network and its employees will gain company ownership through Integrity’s employee ownership plan.
