The Hartford has launched a global insurer network to provide insurance coverage to US companies in more than 200 countries.
The directly-managed network of insurance partners, dubbed The Hartford Global Insurer Network, consists of 80 local and regional insurers.
In the UK and Ireland, needs of The Hartford’s customers will be served by Aviva.
To enhance its multinational capabilities, the network is backed by a global technology platform.
The enable real-time collaboration among local partner offices, the network will leverage a cloud-based management and engagement platform.
The platform will offer information regarding instruction issuance, underwriting, account information and claims information.
