Insurance marketing services provider Franklin Madison Group has formed a new partnership with re/insurance firm Sirius America.

The tie-up is part of the company’s plan to invest in product innovation and distribution development for banks and credit unions.

It is expected to bolster Franklin Madison’s insurance solution portfolio. These include accidental death and dismemberment, recuperative care, hospital accident plan, and life insurance offerings.

Headquartered in New York City, Sirius America focuses on property as well as accident and health products in North and Latin America.

Sirius America US head of accident and health Thomas Leonardo said: “We are focused on generating meaningful growth in the United States, and this partnership with Franklin Madison provides us a unique opportunity to grow in the affinity marketing space with a market leader.”

Franklin Madison is based in Tennessee and employs around 200 people. It provides insurance products and marketing services through its brand partners.

New York-based private equity firm Mill Point Capital is the main investor of the company.
