Goldman Sachs-backed chartered insurance broker Aston Lark has acquired Premier Insurance Consultants for an undisclosed sum.
Bolton, Greater Manchester-based Premier Insurance Consultants has a gross written premium of more than £2m.

Founded in 1990, Premier Insurance Consultants is a commercial insurance broker that specialises in the Concrete industry.

Premier Insurance Consultants’ acquisition takes Aston Lark’s total number of acquisitions in 2021 to 15.

Earlier this week Aston Lark Ireland acquired Dublin-based home and car insurance provider, McMahon Galvin.
Last month, it acquired Veritan Consultants, which trades as Brady Burns & Associates.
Early in April, motor trade specialist DNA Insurance Services was also acquired by Aston Lark.
In April it also agreed to purchase DO’Loughlin & Co too, which operates as the O’Loughlin Insurance Group.
In March, Aston Lark acquired North County Brokers.
