American insurance broker Arthur J. Gallagher has brokered a deal to buy Ryan Insurance Strategy Consultants for an undisclosed sum.
Greenwood Village, Colorado-based Ryan Insurance is engaged in providing insurance recommendations to financial advisors for their clients.

Ryan also undertakes due diligence on new and existing insurance plans before recommending insurance solution. It helps in managing association group insurance benefit programmes.
