Of the top leading companies in the insurance industry, American International Group Inc (AIG) had the greatest increase in references for personalization in Q3 2023, compared with the previous quarter. GlobalData identified six personalization-related sentences in the company's filings - 0.4% of all sentences - and an increase of 50% in Q3 2023 compared with Q3 2022. Aon’s mentions of personalization rose by 50% to 6 and Great-West Lifeco’s by 50% to 6 and HDFC Life Insurance’s by 200% to 6 and Prudential Financial’s by 400% to 5.
