Mutual of Omaha has rolled out a new vision insurance product and enhanced version of its existing dental insurance for the employee benefits market.

The insurer forged a news strategic collaboration with EyeMed to launch the vision insurance.

The plan, according to the company, will offer clients a range of plan designs and access to advanced vision care technologies and services.

The product offers a combination of independent and retail providers and allows users to access online tools and resources, including benefit information via a convenient mobile app.

The customers of the newly launched dental product will get access to expanded network, including the company’s own Mutually Preferred network.

The new group dental plan will allow employers and their employees to select from an expanded group of dentists and locations, as well as avail lower premiums and out-of-pocket costs, the company added.
