Global Benefits Group (GBG), which distributes and underwrites international medical, life, disability, and travel insurance, has gone live with Actisure by Cegedim Insurance Solutions to fuel international expansion.
A health, protection and travel insurance policy & claims management system, Actisure will replace GBG’s legacy systems and related manual processes.
Legacy systems at GBG offices in India, Europe and the US have all been replaced with Actisure.
With the solution, GBG intends to improve its in-house claims processing and rules-driven operational processes and aid its global business development efforts.
GBG COO Patrick Collins said: “In Actisure, we believe we have identified the best solution to help us optimise our processes for the benefit of both internal and external stakeholders.
“We are able to shed our legacy systems and leverage an efficient, scalable platform.”
The system was deployed in two phases, and GBG employees have now been trained in Actisure and assumed the role of Subject Matter Experts for Actisure at GBG.
