The technology vendor claims that its offering will enable the insurer to keep claims on track throughout their life cycle, thereby minimising loss costs incurred in claims handling.

Furthermore, the company claimed that its machine learning algorithms will make the insurer’s make claims operations “simple and efficient for adjusters.”
