Protective Life Insurance Company has launched its redesigned consumer website, offering expanded life insurance education and a broad financial learning center.
The new website helps clients research, understand and purchase life insurance products, with site content adjusting to the type of device being used by the customer.
Protective Life Insurance Company chairman, president and chief executive officer John Johns said that the company knows that 86% of consumers research life insurance online, regardless of how they decide to purchase.
"The launch of a new, more user-friendly website allows us to better serve the needs of all types of consumers and is a significant milestone in our efforts to be more customer-centric," Johns added.
The site also offers expanded product and educational information, along with a streamlined quoting and application tool.
Speaking about the new website, Protective Life Insurance Company senior vice president and chief marketing officer Frank Sottosanti said, "This website enables us to better serve today’s consumer and positions us well for ongoing shifts in consumer technology adoption."
