Insurance broker Marsh has unveiled Marsh Specialty Global Cyber, a new practice aimed at enhancing risk management.

Planned to be launched officially on 1 January 2024, the practice integrates Marsh’s cyber capabilities across the global insurance, risk intelligence, incident management, and cybersecurity sectors.

The practice will be led by Tom Reagan, who is currently serving as Marsh Specialty US and Canada cyber practice leader.

Reagan will act as Marsh’s global speciality head of Cyber and be responsible for delivering transactional and advisory services to help clients better identify, measure, and manage their cyber risks.

Meredith Schnur, who is currently serving as the US and Canada cyber brokerage leader, will transition to Marsh Specialty’s US and Canada Cyber Practice head.

Schnur will succeed Reagan on 1 January 2024.

Furthermore, Greg Eskins, who is currently serving as US and Canada cyber product leader, will take up leadership of the newly formed Global Cyber Insurance Center. This will be effective from 1 January 2024.

The Global Cyber Insurance Center will be responsible for the development and delivery of innovative cyber insurance solutions to address the risk issues.

Brian Warszona, who recently served as Deputy UK cyber practice leader, will lead the new Global Cyber Digital Center.

This centre aims to develop and deploy digital delivery tools and resources for clients.
