The acquisition includes a suite of cyber risk management tools and services.

Zeguro Cyber Safety Solution offers small and mid-sized businesses access to online cybersecurity training, compliance policies, and web app monitoring to identify potential cyber weaknesses.

HSB vice president Timothy Zeilman said: “A business needs both cyber insurance and security. The combination of HSB’s cyber coverage and Zeguro’s proven risk management platform offers a seamless experience for our customers to get the protection they need.”

HSB offers cyber coverages and services through agents, brokers, and insurance firms that partner with it to add cyber insurance to their policies.
