Guidewire rolls out new solution to accelerate core system deployment

Guidewire Software, a technology provider serving property and casualty insurance carriers, has launched a no-code cloud-based solution to enable faster core system deployment.

Dubbed InsuranceNow GO, the new proposition is said to facilitate the quicker replacement of legacy systems and implementation of new business capabilities.

It enables a full-suite deployment within six months, with strategic utilisation of business resources during the deployment process.

It also supports easy upgrade, thereby lowering total ownership costs, as well as allows the addition of optional features depending on business requirements.

Guidewire InsuranceNow general manager Zachary Gustafson said: “We are committed to continually reducing the cost and time required to implement and maintain our products, and this offering is an excellent step in that direction.

“InsuranceNow GO leverages best practices we have gleaned from more than 15 years of core system implementations, is built on our SurePath methodology, and provides a compelling offering for P&C insurers looking to hit the ground running quickly.”

The new proposition can be availed by US insurers. Currently, the service covers homeowners and personal auto business lines, with a broader availability planned later.

Insurtech FRISS collaborated with Guidewire recently to develop a plug-and-play solution for fraud- and risk management-related claims support. The new tool will leverage DevConnect, a Guidewire developer platform.
