Indonesia-based insurer FWD Life Insurance has launched mobile app, dubbed Tapp, for customers who are always on-the-go.
The new app will enable policyholders to gain access to their policy coverage and details, pay their premiums, and track the values of their investment.
FWD Life Insurance Philippines president and CEO Peter Grimes said: “We envision Tapp to be the most interactive self-service insurance mobile portal in the country with its host of power-packed features which put insurance at our customers’ fingertips.”
“With Tapp, FWD is giving our customers round-the-clock support and empowering them to get information they need independently and conveniently.
“Exciting app features are underway and are geared towards meeting the dynamic needs of Filipino customers of today, providing them efficient and reliable after-sales service, anytime and anywhere.”
The launch of the new app follows the introduction of a 24/7 support hotline and customer service live chat in 2017 by the company,
Additionally, the mobile app includes a round-the-clock information gateway and service centre featuring due date reminders and online payments, policy documents generating capacity and updating contact details.
The newly launched app is available on both the App Store as well as the Google Play Store.
