The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 6.66% in July 2021 when compared with June 2021.

Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Zurich Insurance Group IT hiring in July 2021
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Zurich Insurance Group, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 60.13% in July 2021, and a 21.05% growth over June 2021, while Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a share of 22.22% in July 2021, and registered a 13.33% an increase. Computer and Information Analysts held a share of 8.5% in July 2021, an 18.75% drop from June 2021.

North America stood next with 30.07%, registering a 2.22% month-on-month growth. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with an 8.5% share and a 7.14% drop over June 2021.
Spain commanded a leading presence in the region’s insurance industry IT hiring activity with a 30.07% share in July 2021, a 39.39% growth over June 2021. US featured next with a 20.26% share, down 18.42% over the previous month.Switzerland recorded an 11.76% share, an increase of 38.46% compared with June 2021.
Junior Level jobs lead Zurich Insurance Group IT hiring activity in July 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 58.17%, up by 7.23% from June 2021. Mid Level positions with a 27.45% share, a growth of 13.51% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 14.38% share, up 15.79% over June 2021.
