NTT DATA Services and Oracle Insurance has launched a new end-to-end payment and benefits solution to enhance operational efficiencies for government payers and health plans.
The newly launched platform solution will manage all aspects of health insurance membership, claims payment and benefits operations.
The companies claim that their platform will slash administrative costs and streamline processes for both government payers and health plans.
NTT DATA Services president, healthcare and life sciences Dan Allison said: “This new offering will feature a flexible, open architecture. This will allow our current and future clients to provide innovative, market-specific solutions in the ever-evolving health insurance arena.”
The platform can be used by clients for enrollment, premium calculation, claims processing, capitation, benefits adjudication and billing.
The platform will support compliance and regulatory demands and can be deployed on premise as well as in a securely-featured private cloud.
