By utilising the platform, carriers have significantly minimised adverse selection, expedited regulatory approvals by as much as 50% and enhanced their analytical capabilities over 20 times, stated ZestyAI.

Currently, the platform claims to offer “unified visibility” for all major P&C lines in the US, including personal auto and property, commercial auto and property, financial and specialty lines, liability and professional lines, and workers’ compensation.

Built on ZestyAI’s Agentic AI platform, ZORRO Discover leverages analysis of previous objections and results, allowing product, actuarial and regulatory teams to anticipate questions from regulators and progress filings.

The system includes live monitoring of new filings, keeping carriers updated on competitor activities and shifts within the market, and aims to replace traditional manual workflows with a decision-making system in real time.

ZestyAI co-founder and chief product officer Kumar Dhuvur said: “Every corner of P&C faces the same challenge: too many filings and too little time.

“Now, whether it is workers’ comp in Texas or commercial auto in California, teams can simply ask ZORRO and get instant, verified insights in real time.”

The ZestyAI platform combines property-level data with predictive AI models and automation.

Its approach employs computer vision and machine learning while maintaining transparency standards required by regulators.

The company’s models are validated with climate science and historical loss data and address key risks such as severe convective storms, non-weather water events and wildfires.

In July, ZestyAI received approval from the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions for its Severe Convective Storm suite, a collection of AI-powered risk assessment models.
