World Insurance Associates has acquired C&A Insurance Agency, based in New York, US, for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 1985, C&A Insurance serves individuals, families and companies in New York and New Jersey.

World Insurance Associates was advised by Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla.
C&A received legal advice from Satin and Lee Law P.C., while Sica Fletcher acted as adviser to the seller.

World Insurance Associates is headquartered in Iselin, New Jersey, and operates from more than 300 offices in the US and UK.
The group works across commercial and personal insurance and bonds, employee and executive benefits, wealth management and retirement plan services, private client services, and payroll and human resources services.

In January, World Insurance Associates acquired the business of Jersey Coast Insurance of Margate City, New Jersey. Jersey Coast Insurance provides personal and commercial insurance with a focus on coastal homes, condominiums and flood risk.
