UK-based Willis Towers Watson (WTW) has contracted critical environment specialist Keysource to provide data centre infrastructure management (DCIM) services.

Under the contract, Keysource will deploy new DCIM software to monitor critical M&E and IT systems across the group.

The deployment will assist WTW in reducing risk and recovery time as well as increase resilience across its critical environments.

Additionally, Keysource will provide ongoing site audits and onsite staff training.

The technology will be deployed in several phases. In the first phase, Keysource will install the DCIM software across WTW’s Corporate Data Centres and other key sites.

Keysource managing executive Jon Healy said: “Willis Towers Watson has a significant global estate, and it’s essential that IT has visibility across its infrastructure and that its critical environments are equipped with the latest technology to handle current and future demand.
