US-based risk management firm USI Insurance Services has announced the acquisition of insurance agency Orgill Singer & Associates.

The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed yet.

The new partnership is expected to expand USI’s commercial, employee benefit and personal risk expertise in Nevada.

Founded 26 years ago, USI has over 7,000 associates in 200 offices across the country.

USI has served over 150,000 clients fulfilling their property & casualty, employee benefit, personal risk and retirement needs nationwide.
