Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty completed its deal for Kaercher Campbell & Associates Insurance Brokerage, an independent agency offering personal, commercial and life insurances in southern California.

Kaercher Campbell & Associates, which is headquartered in Culver City, is an independent agency that offers a wide array of personal and commercial insurance, including auto and life insurance, as well as retirement plans and disability.

The deal is part of Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty’s strategy to bolsters its business in southern California, where Kaercher Campbell is most prominent.
