Pacific Crest Services, a platform catering to independent insurance agents, has secured a minority growth investment from Long Ridge Equity Partners, a private equity firm. 

The financial terms of the transaction remain undisclosed.   

The investment will support PCS’s technology, business development, geographic expansion, and capital solution areas.  

PCS will retain its current management structure, with no anticipated changes to its daily operations. 

Founded in 2008 by Shawn Webb and Jason Webb, PCS serves more than 250 independent agencies across 36 US states and collaborates with over 250 carriers.  

The platform provides agents with tools such as access to top carriers, training, back-office support, technology, and compliance resources to improve service delivery to customers and agents’.
