OneShield, a provider of insurance technology solutions for property and casualty insurers and managing general agents (MGAs), has announced the launch of the OneShield AI Hub to enhance innovation in the insurance ecosystem.

The platform will function as a hub where OneShield team members, clients and partners can collaborate to learn, build and deploy AI solutions tailored to the OneShield ecosystem.

At launch, the AI Hub will equip internal teams with a foundational set of AI agents and tools powered by large language models (LLMs).

These tools are expected to enable the delivery of “high-impact” use cases to enhance the insurance technology landscape.

The scope of the AI Hub spans across the company’s main product lines –  OneShield Enterprise (OSE) and OneShield Market Solutions (OMS).

OneShield chief innovation officer Doug Moore said. “By grounding our use cases in Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) standards, we are not just automating, we are laying the foundation for a truly intelligent, collaborative ecosystem across carriers, MGAs and third-party tools.”

I look forward to seeing how the AI Hub transforms not only how we build and deliver software, but how we empower insurers to operate faster, smarter and with greater agility than ever before.”

Headquartered in Marlborough, Massachusetts, US, with a network of offices in India, the company’s product offerings encompass cloud-based and software-as-a-service platforms covering analytics, billing, claims, policy management, product configuration, rating and relationship management.

The solutions are designed specifically for personal, commercial and specialty insurance, supporting more than 90 lines of business.
