OneAmerica has made digital enhancements to group annuity digital platforms, unveiling new web design for retirement services audience.

The changes will impact design of retirement services-focused sponsor, advisor, and third-party administrator (TPA) eSites.

The new design follows surveys undertaken in 2019, where clients voted in favor of a refreshed site design.

OneAmerica said the new look streamlines page navigation, enhances the readability of the fonts and implements a cleaner presentation overall.

The improvements involve accounts operated by 5,000 financial advisors, nearly 2,000 TPAs, and about 21,000 individuals at the employer level who manage retirement planning for their personnel.

OneAmerica president of retirement services Sandy McCarthy said: “While our retirement plan sites have been consistently rated high by DALBAR, we’re committed to staying responsive and working to continuously improve our customer experiences.
