Lockton has appointed Peter Rapciewicz as the new US Casualty leader and Jessica Cullen as head of Excess Casualty and Operations.
Rapciewicz brings more than two decades of experience to his new position, where he will direct the growth of Lockton’s casualty offerings in the US.
He will report to Devin Beresheim, the US Risk Solutions Leader at Lockton.
Rapciewicz’s previous position involved leading Lockton’s Alternative Risk Solutions Practice, where he oversaw parametric insurance, structured risk solutions, captive consulting, alternative collateral strategies and legacy solutions globally.
He also played a crucial role in setting up the Global Parametric Practice at Lockton.
Beresheim said: “Pete and Jessica are proven leaders with a strong reputation of innovation and solving complex problems for our clients. I am confident that with their technical expertise, strategic mindset and unwavering commitment to client service, our clients will get the right solutions to help their businesses thrive.”
