The financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed.
BCI’s operations are focused on enhancing the experience of employees by recruiting and training specialists in communication and administration.
BCI president Ryan Grady said: “We are thrilled to become part of the Lockton family. This partnership will result in better access to resources and enhanced capabilities that will benefit clients tremendously. Together, we are poised to continue to raise the bar in employee experiences and benefits.”
The integration of BCI into Lockton’s operations is expected to maintain continuity of service for existing BCI clients while transferring full ownership to Lockton shareholders.
Lockton and BCI have a history of collaboration, previously entering into an ownership agreement with the goal of developing solutions to support organisational effectiveness and employee wellness.
