JM Glendinning Insurance Brokers, part of the JMG Group, has acquired Tim Hinchcliffe Commercial Brokers, former appointed representative of the Gauntlet Group. 

Tim Hinchcliffe specialises in motor trade insurance services across Lancashire and Yorkshire, with 23 years of experience in commercial insurance sector. 

It marks the first acquisition of JMG Glendinning Insurance Brokers Lancashire. 

JM Glendinning Insurance Brokers operates 12 offices throughout the UK and provides a suite of services including commercial and personal insurance, employee benefits, risk management and claims management.

In August this year, JMG Group expanded its footprint through JM Glendinning North Yorkshire with the purchase of C P Bennet, a personal and commercial lines insurance broker based in Bridlington.
