
InvoiceCloud has joined the Premier tier of the Guidewire PartnerConnect programme following a deployment with NLC Insurance Companies.
The company’s placement in the Premier tier marks its tenth joint customer engagement with Guidewire.
Guidewire’s PartnerConnect Premier designation is awarded based on factors such as confirmed implementation experience, accredited skills and measurable effects on customer projects.
NLC Insurance Companies, a New England insurer covering auto, home, dwelling fire and commercial lines, implemented InvoiceCloud’s cloud-based policyholder payment and engagement solution to streamline premium collections.
The deployment gives NLC policyholders options such as AutoPay, digital wallets and interactive voice response (IVR) payment by phone or text, alongside standard online bill payment channels.
The rollout also added automated reminders via text, email and phone to help limit cancellations and late payments and aimed to simplify reconciliations through integrated workflows with Guidewire BillingCenter.

InvoiceCloud’s platform is PCI Level 1-compliant and the implementation used Guidewire accelerators to support deployment and adoption.
