Integrity Marketing Group, a US-based life and health insurance distributor, has purchased insurance marketing Your Insurance Group.
Florida-based Your Insurance provides a wide array of insurance products such as term life insurance and mortgage protection insurance which are distributed by more than 5,000 agents. It was founded in 2013.

Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, Your Insurance co-founders Brian McCann and Avi Assouline will gain ownership stake in Integrity.
Commenting on the deal, Integrity co-founder and CEO Bryan Adams said: “Brian and Avi have created an incredible business model that has attracted some of the best and the brightest in the insurance industry.
“The training, support and lead generation they provide to their agents is exceptional, and I can’t wait to see what we can accomplish together as we learn from each other and collaborate on ways to better serve all of our combined agents.

Financial terms of the transaction have not been revealed.
Integrity Marketing develops and distributes life and health insurance products with insurance carrier partners across the country and more than 230,000 independent agents. The company has a team of 550 staff and provides services to more four million clients.
