Integrity Marketing Group has acquired insurance marketing organisation The Brokerage Resource, which is headquartered in North Carolina.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Brokerage Resource, which was founded by Sam Corey Jr. in 1992, is known as a Medicare plan distributor.
Apex, North Carolina based firm also distributes a wide array of other life, health and annuity products, from many different insurance carriers.
AS per the agreement, The Brokerage Resource president Sam Corey, III, will become an owner in Integrity as part of the acquisition.

Following the transaction, The Brokerage Resource intends to retain its focus on strengthening the agent network spanning across the 50 US states.
