US-based Inszone Insurance Services has expanded its presence in the Midwest with the acquisition of Monett, Missouri-based Huffmaster Insurance.

The financial and other terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Founded in 1990 by Susan and Kevin Huffmaster, Humaster Insurance delivers insurance services across personal and commercial lines, including home, auto, recreational vehicles, business owners’ policies and agribusiness.

Susan Huffmaster said: “We chose Inszone because their company culture aligns so closely with ours. It was crucial for us to find a partner who would take care of our employees, maintain the benefits we provided and support the specialised markets we have become known for. Inszone not only meets but exceeds these expectations.”

The integration process following the acquisition has been described as smooth, ensuring continuity for clients.

Inszone Insurance CEO Chris Walters stated: “We are thrilled to welcome Huffmaster Insurance to Inszone. Their extensive experience significantly enhances our market presence in Missouri and the Midwest and strengthens our nationwide offerings.
