The Hanover Insurance Group has signed an agreement to deploy Deluxe eChecks solutions to support hassle-free disbursement of property and casualty payments.
Once implemented, the insurer will be able to offer digital delivery of payments and related claims information through one platform.
Deluxe claims that its platform will allow Hanover to provide claims settlement and reimbursement of cheques quickly and simultaneously.
Claimants will receive an email with a secure link to access, download and print Deluxe eChecks and related claim information.
Similar to paper cheques, the eChecks can be printed and deposited at the concerned financial institutions and receive faster payment.
The Hanover vice president of claims strategy Stephanie Behnke said: “Today’s claimants expect new digital payment options in the way they receive funds.
“Deluxe eChecks helps us simplify the claims payment process by creating a true ‘digital experience’ for our claimants, reducing the claims time cycle and improving customer satisfaction.”
The Deluxe eChecks solution has been combined with PayPilot Disbursement Hub from Prelude Software, Hanover’s existing payment processing platform.
It offers The Hanover significant savings by not requiring installing and integrating new payments software.
