
Fidelity National Home Warranty (FNHW) has upgraded its core capabilities with the adoption of Origami Risk’s multi-tenant software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform.
The move is aimed at improving policy administration, billing and claims processes.
Origami Risk is known for its integrated SaaS solutions that cater to various aspects of insurance operations.
These include analytics, billing, claims administration, loss control, policy, rating and reporting.
Moreover, Origami Risk’s platform facilitates full-service bureau content management and is said to offer a holistic digital engagement experience for stakeholders.
