ERGO Germany, part of insurance major Munich Re, has gone live with FRISS solution to speed up  its claims management process.

FRISS, which offers AI-powered fraud and risk solutions to the property and casualty insurers, worked as a digital transformation partner for ERGO.

As part of the collaboration, the technology vendor supported ERGO Germany to use AI technology to augment its portfolio and speed up claims processing, aimed at offering improved customer service.

ERGO Germany, which processes approximately 90,000 screenings per month, deployed the solution in the personal motor, property and liability lines of business.

The deployment in Germany comes after FRISS successfully implemented the technology at ERGO in Austria, Greece and Lithuania.
