UK-based Ecclesiastical Insurance Group (EIG) has selected CoreLogic platform to improve its property claims operations.

The move will involve using CoreLogic Claims Connect platform that enables rapid settlement by standardising claims processing on a single, cloud-based platform.

The platform will also help in improving transparency of the claims’ management process, facilitate effective collaboration.

As agreed, EIG will be utilising the platform’s Claims Connect and Video Connect modules, as well as Desk Adjuster with CoreLogic’s claim triage and rapid settlement scripted workflows.

It will also use CoreLogic’s UK managed Schedule of Rates to estimate damages.

Ecclesiastical Insurance Group claims director Jeremy Trott said: “When it comes to selecting suppliers, we take a very rigorous approach and then establish strong relationships with them to help us deliver the best possible service to our customers.
