Dutch insurer DELA cooperative has selected Charles Taylor InsureTech to establish a digital-first platform as part of a multi-phase digital transformation programme.

The selection underpins DELA cooperative’s strategic objectives for European growth, which was unveiled in April this year.

The initial phase of the transformation programme includes the implementation of INSIS core policy administration system from Fadata and will be delivered within the Oracle Cloud.

The move will create a better foundation for ongoing development and decrease DELA’s IT and operational costs.

The INSIS system deployment will support full end to end lifecycle management for the first DELA insurance product. Back office users will have better operational efficiencies with a new policy administration processing model.

It will be implemented as a fully managed service provided by Charles Taylor InsureTech with its partner Cintra.
