The acquisition will enable Davies to provide a suite of professional and general liability claims services including litigation expertise.

PCM also manages errors and omissions claims for professionals such as realtors, appraisers and attorneys.
This addition is expected to bring added value to Davies’ existing clientele, particularly those dealing with London Market insurers.
PCM founder Marilyn Bonetati will join Davies in addition to more than 40 colleagues including 16 coverage attorneys.
