UK-based Davies Group has agreed to acquire TopMark Claims Management (TMS), a Glasgow-based firm that specialises in property and casualty public sector claims, for an undisclosed sum.
The acquired entity serves a portfolio of clients including local and central government organisations in the UK.

TMS will add specialist capability to Davies Public Sector within the Davies Claims Solutions business.
The acquired entity will continue to be headed by its managing director Stephanie Staubach. She will report to Lesley Johnson, managing director of Davies Casualty.
