CRC Group has agreed to acquire Euclid Transactional, a provider of transactional insurance solutions that focuses on representations and warranties as well as tax liability insurance.
Financial specifics of the transaction remain undisclosed.

The deal is subject to regulatory approvals and other standard closing conditions.
Euclid Transactional operates 11 offices in Europe, North America and the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
The company is known for its expertise in underwriting transactional risks and maintains relationships with distribution partners, capacity providers and claims management operators.

CRC Group said that the addition will “significantly” enhance its specialty underwriting portfolio.
The company anticipates that combining its scale and distribution network with Euclid’s international presence will establish a diversified platform for serving clients with risk needs.
According to CRC Group, this acquisition will improve relationships with clients and offer a comprehensive proposition in financial and professional lines.
The deal will also help grow its footprint outside of the US and support efforts in product development and underwriting processes, noted the company.

In July 2025, CRC Group announced the acquisition of Atrium Underwriting from Stone Point Capital-managed funds and other investors.
Atrium Underwriting manages Lloyd’s Syndicate 609 and writes specialty insurance and reinsurance across property, casualty and other areas.
