Cyber insurance company Cowbell has introduced a new offering, dubbed Cowbell COMPaaSSM (Compliance-as-a-Service).

The offering is aimed at startups, growth-stage companies, and service providers that handle sensitive customer data, providing them with tools and services to achieve SOC 2 compliance.

The COMPaaS service, which is part of Cowbell Resiliency Services (CRS) and is powered by Accorian, designed to assist organisations in navigating the complexities of SOC 2 compliance, the company said.

The service includes compliance support measures such as gap analysis, risk assessment, penetration testing, policy and procedure development, audit preparation, and practitioner-led support.

Clients will also have access to a GRC (Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance) platform developed for this purpose.

Cowbell co-founder and CPO Rajeev Gupta said: “When we introduced Cowbell Resilience Services (CRS) in February 2025, our vision was to continually expand our subscription-based security solutions to meet the evolving needs of our policyholders.
