CityinsClaimsAssist searches for approved services and removes personal visits to the insurer, as a means to minimise direct contact with other people. The app also allows online settlement of any type of RCA or CASCO damage claim at the incident and at any time of day, strengthening the claims process.
Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the City Insurance app is intended for all clients of the company, brokers and injured persons. The app is also available on Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store).
City Insurance has allowed for large-scale remote working and has ensured that its employees are completely operational, in order to ensure the health and safety of its people during this pandemic.
