Property and casualty insurer Chubb has selected Willis Towers Watson’s advanced pricing delivery software, Radar Live, to augment customer experience.
The platform will be integrated across multiple channels to provide the insurance company better speed and agility to generate and make use of more sophisticated insights.
The insurer will also be able to leverage advanced analytics and machine learning models, in real time and from a single platform.
