CAA Insurance has selected Centre for Study of Insurance Operations (CSIO) to launch its ‘My Proof of Insurance’ solution for sending auto insurance cards (eSlips) to customers over email.

‘My Proof of Insurance’ is a digital tool that ensures safe and consistent customer service, contrary to the paper and in-person meetings that are less favouring during the current Covid-19 crisis.

The solution is said to provide a free and secure way to receive, store and present their insurance documents and eSlips.

eSlips are stored in a mobile wallet, which the customers can access without the internet or having to download a separate app or sign into a company portal.

CAA chose My Proof of Insurance as the next step in its digital roadmap.

CAA Insurance president Matthew Turack said: “Offering customers, a digital, efficient way to get their auto insurance cards, or eSlips, is an exciting addition to our service portfolio.
