US-based insurance company Brown & Brown of Kentucky, a subsidiary of Brown & Brown, has acquired all assets of Northeast Dealer Consultants (NEDC).
The financial terms of the transaction have not been made public.

Under the terms of the deal, NEDC will be fully merged into Brown & Brown Dealer Services.
NEDC will continue to operate under the leadership of Brown & Brown of Kentucky president Mike Neal.
Mike said: “Phil brings a wealth of experience in F&I performance and products for his dealer partners.
“NEDC will provide Brown & Brown Dealer Services with an enhanced footprint in upstate New York.
