Canada-based BOXX Insurance has partnered with technology company Millennial Shift Technologies (mShift) to improve broker access to BOXX’s Cyberboxx Business solution.

Cyberboxx integrates cyber insurance with cybersecurity services tailored for small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The partnership leverages mShift’s digital distribution platform to streamline the placement process for cyber insurance policies.

Brokers will now be able to access BOXX’s cyber insurance and professional liability offerings within mShift’s platform.

The integration is expected to provide brokers with enhanced capabilities for quoting, binding and managing policies, thereby minimising manual processes and potentially improving overall workflow efficiency.

BOXX Insurance USA president Christyn Yoast said: “Partnering with mShift is another step forward to make cyber and professional liability insurance more accessible, efficient and impactful for our broker partners and their clients.

“This collaboration allows BOXX to combine mShift’s cutting-edge technology via distribution channels that we didn’t have access to before.”

Millennial Shift Technologies founder and CEO Mark Meury stated: “By bringing BOXX’s all-in-one cyber insurance and protection products onto the mShift Marketplace, our broker partners will access the speed, clarity and confidence they need to deliver cyber and professional liability to their clients in a fast-moving, high-demand cyber market.

“This partnership demonstrates our commitment to arming brokers with efficient tools so they can spend more time advising clients and less time on administrative processes.”

Millennial Shift Technologies specialises in providing a white label digital platform that allows insurance professionals to expedite the quoting, binding and issuing of policies from various carriers.

The platform also grants brokers access to class codes and business lines, along with additional marketplace tools including digital marketing and application tracking systems.

In July, BOXX Insurance was acquired by Zurich Insurance Group.
