Aon has announced the launch of Aon Claims Copilot, a new integrated digital platform aimed at improving client outcomes by leveraging analytics, automation and global claims management, alongside the expertise of Aon’s claims advocates.
The platform is intended to cover every stage of the claims life cycle, from the initial occurrence to resolution, incorporating analytics and automation throughout.

The company said the platform will facilitate consistent claims handling globally and provide data-driven insights to inform clients’ risk strategies.
Plans are in place to enhance the system with AI features by 2026.
Clients will have access to analytics on their claims, while Aon’s staff are expected to use digital tools to improve the speed and efficiency of claims processing.

Aon Claims Copilot is set to be launched first in Germany, with expansion to North America, Asia Pacific and other EMEA markets planned for 2026.
Full global deployment is targeted by the end of 2027.
The platform is expected to support Aon’s team of 1,800 claims professionals working across more than 50 countries and managing over 20 product lines.
Among its capabilities are real-time dashboards for tracking claim trends and benchmarking, tools for evaluating carrier performance, secure portals for clients to monitor claim status, and automation intended to streamline the overall process.
The platform aims to assist claims professionals in managing complex cases, supporting clients in recovery efforts and helping close claims more efficiently.
