Top five insurance companies in the US’s IT recruitment activity in November 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 6.18% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of the US’s insurance industry during November 2021 over October 2021.
UnitedHealth Group posted 538 IT jobs in November 2021 and registered a drop of 8.81% over the previous month, followed by Anthem with 438 jobs and an 11.16% drop. Centene with 328 IT jobs and Dai-ichi Life Holdings with 175 jobs, recorded a 28.54% decline and a 306.98% growth, respectively, while The Allstate recorded a flat growth with 130 job postings during November 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 62.7%, down by 7.16% from October 2021. Mid Level positions with a 24.38% share, registered a decline of 13.55% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 11.99% share, down 34.7% over October 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 0.93%, recording a month-on-month increase of 60%.
