The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 20.93% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Netherlands insurance industry during November 2021 over October 2021.
NN Group posted 19 IT jobs in November 2021 and registered a rise of 26.67% over the previous month, followed by Swiss Re with 10 jobs and a flat growth. ASR Nederland with 10 IT jobs and Zilveren Kruis Achmea with 9 jobs, recorded a 42.86% growth and a 10% decrease, respectively, while VGZ Zorgverzekeraar recorded an increase of 300% with 4 job postings during November 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 76.36%, up by 50% from October 2021. Entry Level positions with a 12.73% share, registered a decline of 22.22% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 10.91% share, down 40% over October 2021.
